Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Non-returnable: innerwear, socks, masks, customized/altered items, final-sale items unless defective.
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders and choose Return (or write to support@yousta.store).
- Pick a reason, upload photos if asked, and confirm pickup address.
- Hand over the item in original packaging to our courier partner.
Refund timelines
Once we receive the item and it passes QC, refunds are initiated typically within 2–4 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Exchanges
Exchange depends on stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund as per policy.
Damaged/defective on arrival
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video for faster resolution.
