1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yousta.Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally competent to contract under applicable laws of India. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Product Info & Pricing
We aim for accurate product details, sizing, images, and pricing. Minor color variations can occur due to screens/lighting. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and select wallets via a PCI-DSS compliant gateway with tokenization and 3-D Secure where applicable. By providing payment details, you authorize the charge to your selected method.
6. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or cancel (with full refund if charged) for reasons including limited stock, failed verifications, or pricing errors. You’ll receive email/SMS updates for status changes.
7. Dispatch & Delivery
We target dispatch within 1 business day. PAN-India delivery typically arrives in 2–7 business days, depending on pincode/courier. Delays due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from your account or by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellations convert to returns (see policy).
9. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Hygiene categories (e.g., innerwear), customized items, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality check.
10. Exchanges
Exchange is subject to size/stock availability. If unavailable, we process a refund per policy.
11. Discount Codes & Offers
Promo codes cannot be clubbed unless stated. Limited-time offers are subject to change and availability. If an order is cancelled/returned, the code is not reinstated unless specified.
12. Compliance & Use
Do not misuse the site (fraud, scraping, harmful code, or IP infringement). We may restrict access if suspicious activity is detected.
13. Intellectual Property
All site content, trademarks, and creatives are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party marks are used for identification/fair use.
14. Warranty & Liability
Except as required by law, products are provided “as is” without implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of laws/third-party rights.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may offer first a good-faith amicable resolution via email support.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
